We are committed to delivering your order securely and transparently. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Shipping Restrictions

• P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: Due to the high value of custom lace units and wigs, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. A valid physical residential or business address is required at checkout to ensure secure delivery and signature confirmation.

• Tracking: All shipments are sent via fully tracked couriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Tracking information will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your package leaving our facility.

• International Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For international shipments, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
