30-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it:

  • The wig or hairpiece must be unworn, uncut, unwashed, and unaltered in any way.

  • The lace must remain fully intact and uncut.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, hairnets, and protective materials attached.

  • Items showing any signs of wear, styling, or product application (including glue, tint, or makeup) will be rejected and returned to the sender.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer care team at support@vivantwigs.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the transaction to your account.
